As we sell digital products that can be downloaded instantly, all sales are generally final. Please read our complete refund policy below for exceptions and eligibility criteria.

At ProfitCue, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for digital products purchased on our platform.

Due to the nature of digital products, which can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase, we have specific guidelines for refund eligibility.

2 Digital Products Refund Policy

Since digital products (AI prompts, software, tools, etc.) are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • Technical Issues: If the product is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded after multiple attempts
  • Significantly Different: If the product is substantially different from its description
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive access to the product within 24 hours of purchase

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Product already downloaded or accessed
  • Incompatibility with your software/system (check requirements before purchase)
  • Dissatisfaction with results (AI outputs vary based on usage)
  • Failure to read product description before purchase
  • Requests made after 7 days from purchase date

3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4 Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:

* Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

5 Cancellation Policy

Since digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled after purchase. The product is immediately available for download in your account.

If you experience a payment failure or incomplete transaction, please contact our support team. We will verify the transaction status and assist you accordingly.

6 Free Products

Free products and promotional items are provided "as is" and are not eligible for any refund or exchange, as no payment was made.

7 Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Revocation of access to all purchased products
  • Potential legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

8 Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Special circumstances will be reviewed by our management team.
